i would read that to mean its not going to theatres and will debut on HBO (thus H$0.01 cashout). HBO has probably already cleared room in their emmy awards case for all the wins this should rack up.
DL: BEHIND THE CANDELABRA is the new title for [LIBRC]. HBO Films will start production in summer 2012.

There isn't a concrete answer becuase the movie hasn't been made, and even then, producers could always change their mind up.

The Wrap has the full release still up. Soderbergh's quote also praises HBO's ability to pull in viewers... that sounds more like TV too imo
