Justice League 2 - JLEA2 - continuing slide

I truly don't understand why Justice League 2 is experiencing such a protracted decline in price. Justice League is also trending down, but that's understandable given the marketing. I haven't read that the actors are being intransigent or that there are other issues. Is it simply that folks don't believe it will be made? Thoughts?
