Correct- this is not WM taking over Category Management, but rather SDS taking over Category Management, plus consolidation of distribution

In fact, some of the same people who have been providing Category Management services, including stretching back to when Fox was the primary, are going to be the ones doing it going forward.

It is only if the deal with SDS falls through that WM would be bring Category Management for discs in-house.
