The top five from Thanksgiving weekend held over in the same positions as Frozen II [FROZ2] led the box office with an estimated $36.7 million. The animated sequel has now gathered $337.6 million.
Knives Out [KNIVS] remained in second wtih $14.2 million, down 47% from its opening weekend. The mystery has solved $63.5 million.
Ford v Ferrari [FOVFE] finished third again at $6.5 million, advancing its winnings to $91.1 million after four weekends.
Queen & Slim [QNSLM] also cleared $6.5 million, slipping just 45% in its sohomore weekend. The drama has netted $26.9 million.
A Beautiful Day in the Nieghborhood [YAMFR] stayed at the fifth spot with $5.2 million, bringing its total to $43.1 million.
Expanding to wide release, Dark Waters [DRYRN] jumped up to sixth place with $4.1 million. The audience was 51% males and 60% under 35.
The weekend's only new opener, Playmobil: The Movie [PMOBL] debuted outside the top twelve at just $0.67 milion, with the third worst theater average ever for a film opening inat least 2,000 theaters.
