For a third straight weekend, all movies grossed over $100 million at the box office. Halloween Kills [HALW4] led the way with an estimated $50.35 million, the best R-rated and horror opening during the pandemic era. The sequel drew an audience that was 54% males and 56% aged 25 and older.
Last weekend’s champ, No Time to Die [JB25] dropped 56% in its second outing to $24.3 million. The Bond film sits at $99.5 million.
Venom: Let There Be Carnage [VENM2] finished third at $16.5 million, advancing its total to $168.1 million after 3 weekends.
The Addams Family 2 [ADAM2] grossed another $7.2 million in its third weekend to take its total to $42.3 million.
The Last Duel [LDUEL] bombed with just $4.82 million to open fifth overall.
Expanding wide to 865 theaters, Lamb [DYRIO] brought in $543K. The drama has corralled $2 million.
