Play them. It's that simple.
Playing openers is one of the fastest - if not THE fastest way to build your port. For example - I shorted TREK2, and it dropped 25 points after adjust... that's 2.5M just on the adjust - NOT counting the $$ I made on the run up.
Many players (especially new) are afraid of playing openers due to the risk, but remember - you have a 50/50 chance of picking it right! When I started playing we could not short stocks, so if you thought a movie would bomb, you had to sell it off before it halted. NOW we can short them too, and make $$ if a movie does well, OR if it doesn't make it's halt price.
The best advice I got starting (and even later on) was to play all the openers each week. Yes, there are times when I've lost a pile of $$ by picking a movie wrong, but many times I've lots of money for picking them right...remember it's just "play" money, so if you lose a bunch - move on to the next money maker.
You may already be playing openers weekly, and if so, then you may want to hone your skills at increasing 'how' to pick a movie... even after all these years, I still only get it right about 55-60% of the time.
Be sure to "max out" on the movies you play. There's nothing more frustrating that finding out you picked a movie right, and then realized you only bought 50K shares, knowing you could've made $3M instead of $1.5... maxxing out is another tip players gave me early on. Sure - you can lose a lot of $$ if you pick a movie wrong - but low risk= low reward.
Other than that, (as mentioned in other posts) you can play the warrants, and the calls and puts for the big movies too. I don't play these as much, but I suppose they can add to your overall gains.
With a $100M port, you should be playing all openers weekly IMO. I don't play the "limited" movies as much (not enough adjust $$ for me), but I do play all the movies that open "wide."
Good luck!
