After Adjust, the question is whether the Box Office will Exceed the 2.7 Multiplier or not. If the OW is, say, 15.00 MILL & Adjusts to 40.50 (15.00 x 2.7 = 40.50), you would Hold the Stock LONG if you thought it would Exceed the 2.7 Multiplier. If you thought it would not, you could SELL & SHORT (or just SELL if you thought it was going to be very close to the 2.7x). Or you could just wait to see what happens.
