seems you may be overlooking the price cap of $250M from any one film. here is a breakdown of james cameron inside

Since Cameron has 4 films, you take the total box office (not the delist price) of those 4 films and divide by 4. HOWEVER, Titanic and Avatar only count as $250M (the cap is so prices dont get ridiculously high)
so its $250M+$17M+$9M+$250M=$526M
$526M div by 4= $131.50 which is what his TAG (trailing average gross) is. His stock price is different because that varies by how traders are buying/selling the stock. The TAG only changes when someone has a film delist.
