Yes. Most of the stocks at the extreme ends of the day's movement started as reset stocks. There are a handful that are reactions to daily
news, but in general. without a flurry of news during the day, the big movers will have started off at midnight as reset bumps. USUALLY, of the handful of stocks moving at reset, the ones that really get traction and move the most are stocks that swung big on the previous day, stocks that had recent news within the past week or so (and often, those two categories are the same), or recent IPOs.
