Criticizing a story at the trades for factual innacuracies and for creating hyperbole based on same is not the same as making a concrete prediction, which is what I do in my column each and every week. The only "flip-flopping" would be going from my Long Distance Box Office prediction LAST DECEMBER until now as I've addressed repeatedly. If tempering hyperbole and calling attention to inaccuacies and untruths (which is all that I've been doing) is against the Code of Conduct here then go ahead and ban me but calling me a liar and saying I can't be trusted "beacuse I'm criticizing others" is BULLSHIT, plain and simple.
