... political form of the resistance offered and legitimated by the heroes. Part of the premise of AVNGR seems to be inviting the audience to accept as its representatives an alliance of capital, science, trained killers and imaginary beings. That's... ****ed up. Perhaps part of the affection MRUFF is enjoying has to do with his "nearness" to the audience, that is, he is the most like them.
