If a bomb is going to go off in Gotham within 24 hours of his return, why does he spend hours (offscreen) painting the bridge with a flammable liquid to create the bat symbol before letting anyone in the city know he's back.
Awfully coincidental that Gordon was put out on the ice right there at the place he painted the bridge, and Batman even thought ahead to make a trail of the flammable substance all the way to the ice itself and leave a flare!
Almost nothing in this film holds up under scrutiny!
