I'll rank Avengers and Dark Knight Rises equally in spite of being different from each other. Spider-Man was uninvolving IMO.
I don't get your constant nagging on Avengers, especially when you thought Battleship looked more fun. That film took itself way too seriously with its absurd concept to be considered fun. And also claiming that the lack of technical skill was 'astounding' as if it was or should have been noticeable to everyone who saw it.
