Foreign kiddy fare rated 7yo (Shrek, Pixar, animated Disney etc.) is normally dubbed. Usually, you have the choice of watching the dubbed version earlier in the day and the VO in the evening.
Kiddy fare rated 11yo (Harry Potter) is occasionally dubbed.
Nothing else is dubbed.

Here in Spain they're showing the original version. They also show a so-called dubbed versión with the very few not-sung Dec 26, 00:44
