There's a huge difference between running a dump of ads on specific channels the week of its release and a full marketing push
Have I seen the ads like 10 times this week? Yes
did I see any ads before this week? No
did I see the trailer in front of the dozen or so films I saw in theater this last month? No
did I see any 'this show brought to you by the loft'? No
All that has to be considered as well
