This is speculation by MS, but very accurate speculation. A lot of the assistants I've met over the years vote for their bosses since they
see a lot more movies.
I had a boss who would view maybe 10 films in a good year... but I was always filling out his ballots for the guilds he belonged to since I tend to watch 125-150 films a year.
