Fox did not announce a movie for 2/14/19; as for Gambit...
They were only really making Gambit because CTATU was really pushing for it.
It was rumored that CTATU has met with DC about starring in one of their DC superhero movies (which likely means that CTATU is no longer pushing for Gambit, which likely means that Gambit is not likely to happen).
Gambit does not really have enough meat to the character to pull off a solo movie and/or franchise. Â They are likely to hold him and waste him in a future X-Men movie.
