In order for FOX to keep the movie rights to Fantastic Four (including Silver Surfer and Galactus), FOX must RELEASE a movie featuring the characters every 7 years. The last Fantastic Four movie was released in 2015, so they have until 2022 to release another movie or the rights revert back to Marvel.
Last Week on HSX Boards:
BC rumor: Seth Grahame-Smith scripting a new Fantastic Four centered on Franklin and Valeria, the children of Reed Richards and Susan Storm. Antibody on Jun 20, 14:42
In the comic books, the Fantastic Four travel to the Negative Zone (the place they traveled to in the last Fantastic Four movie) and Reed Richards and Sue Storm get injured and must stay there to survive. Johnny Storm and his wife (a shape shifing alien) take over leading the team with Ben Grimm, and Reed and Sue's son and daughter (who have superpowers) take their parents places on the team. Fantastic Five (Human Torch, Lyja, Thing, Franklin Richards and Valeria Richards).

"Maybe a Cable spin-off in the mix."
Cable will be introduced in Deadpool 2 (a buddy movie starring both characters).
In the comic books, Cable takes over The New Mutants and renames them... X-Force.
I think X-Force will be your Cable spin-off, he does not have enough meat to have his own movie or franchise. He does, but it would be nearly impossible to make a solo Cable movie (if you know the character, you understand).
2018 - Deadpool 2 (ft Cable confirmed)
2020 - New Mutants 2?
2020 - X-Force? (Cable led X-Men team)
???? - X-Force 2?
(Josh Brolin said he signed for 4 movies to play Cable)

"Fox should work on a Silver Surfer movie with Adam Warlock. That would be amazing!"
Rights to Adam Warlock are owned by Marvel.
Adam Warlock was mentioned in Guardians Of The Galaxy Vol 2 and will be the main storyline of Guardians Of The Galaxy Vol 3
