I think it has a decent shot of making its current price
Plenty of dreadful movies do well opening weekend. Not everyone is following movie news regularly, so for a big chunk of the public this is just another action movie. When the weekend comes, it'll be their only option for something new in that vein. If that segment of moviegoers shows up, it'll do well.
Sommers' "Van Helsing" had equally bad buzz, but still opened to over $50 million. I think GIJOE could easily do more than that.
