Maybe theatres should learn how to...
1) Budget properly.
2) Understand basic economics and the best price point, especially on food & drink.
3) Think out of the box and find ways to bring the crowds in.
4) Demand a better relationship for distribution.
5) Realize that 'huge buildings' are only useful if they have 'huge attendence'.
