Question around Weinstein and remaining distribution for 2010

I know the weinsteins have cut staff and nearly wewnt bankrupt, but came to an arrangement on funding their future debt by forfeiting rights and putting BO revenue towards payback.  I see a few movies out therre still attached for 2010 releases and I felt that they would still release a limited number of films to generate this revenue.  Especially [HDWN2], would have thought there was a viable revenue stream but it seems the market is looking for little to no releasing to take place.  Wondering if anyone has a better feel as to the releasing style for a few of the upcoming weinstein releasses.
