The bond is 4 pts below TAG.

The movie is doing 30mill less than the movie it is replacing which would make the adjust go down 6 pts from TAG.

 

The bond is 4 pts below TAG and will be adjusting to 6 pts below TAG = 2 pts

 

Your 'Ostrich Egg' is a 2 pt adjust (2 x 20k = 40k profit)?
