Feedback & Support
This is not as uncommon of an occurrence as you might think. We have fund managers that do skate the rules of their funds and some pretty lame excuse as we frequently see to justify their actions. Everytime their are big blockbuster movies that make a lot of money is when you normally see MovieFunds taking the most "liberties" and making up silly excuses as recently seen to try and justify getting in on the action. The same happened with Fast and Furious, Mad Max, Avengers and several other movies recently. Usually nothing is said and therefore no action or penalty imposed. This situation being made public we see a differing result. This is also not the first time I have seen COMIC take such liberties in the past several months and would not be as close to hitting the $100 cash out if they had stayed true to their fund guidelines.
Now in defense of the MovieFund managers, most are totally on the up and up and try to do the right thing and be true to their fund. But then there are those that are not. There are a couple in particular off the top of my head I am thinking of, but no need to point fingers and start a bunch of drama. Most managers do the right thing by their funds and stay strictly within the guidelines. However, small errors are made from time to time and that is understandable and not considered a major infraction. Such as buying a Starbond or MovieStock that was in error because you thought you were logged into your own private portfolio and once discovered removing it. This kind of minor infraction does happen but is forgivable and is a mistake, not a blatent infraction.
I saw the issue with the COMIC Fund 4 or 5 days ago or so. But I feel I am not in a postion to be squealing on my neighbors. Karma is a **** and it will catch up with you at one point or another and your lame excuses and justifications will not save you. As I am a MovieFund manager and we are warned up front that if you break the rules you will receive harsh penalties or could even have your fund taken away from you for blatant infractions. So once the story broke here I was not surprised at all in the actions that Antibody took. Antibody acted within the rules of which MovieFunds are governed and was clearly justified in the penalty of which he imposed. I support his actions and would support him monitoring the funds more closely and dishing out more penalties as this is not a one time deal by just one MovieFund. Antibody did the right thing. The only bad thing about this is that the investors that have shares of the COMIC Fund also took a big hit in their portfolios when the fund pentalized.
Is JURA4 COMIC eligible? I also see it fully invested in six other funds.

Asian Fund? No Asian credits or connections for this movie as far as I know. Sold off JURA4 and still has derivatives.

Guess I consider Inda to be more Middle Eastern, but techically it is Asian. No harm no foul.

Middle East is part of the continent of Asian... and would be eligible for the fund.

No. ASIAN is at ~90 and would have been delisted on Monday if they kept JURA4 max into the halt.

Jurassic Park came from a book not a comic. Ghostbusters didn't start from a comic either. And Funds should not hold other funds.

COMIC is also holding Jem And The Holograms (which was created as a cartoon series - never a comic book/graphic novel)
