The current price listed for securities on their pages are mostly moved by traders transactions.

Hmm.. there seems to be multiple uses for current value. In the case of your picture - that is the current price. Price movement is affected

HSX only works like the stock market in some ways. You can create a limit order but it will not affect the price until it is executed.

many traders buy the stock on ipo day(and hold them) and those shares don't make the price rise (unless after all ipo shares sold)
