Dmac - Can I make a suggestion?
It would be helpful to me if you guys could communicate which issues you're working on and maybe some idea of priority. I know you're getting a ton of complaints from minor bugs to game play issues as well as suggestions for improving the site and game play that aren't bug related. Sometimes you and Toby give a response to a complaint, suggestion, observation and sometimes not. I know you guys are working hard on stuff, but I don't know which stuff. If some suggestions have been rejected or are being considered, I'd like to know so I can stop raising them. If you are working on stuff, I don't want to raise it again. I trust that you will work to get them done and I don't want to feel like I'm nagging or whining (I don't think it helps the boards). I think clearer communication could help. Maybe a separate board where you report or have a checklist. Maybe a daily or weekly update here (most would be cut and paste so I don't think it would be a huge time hardship). Maybe on the announcement board which doesn't roll as often. Again, not trying to make more work for you or dog you about stuff, but it would help. Thanks.
