Even if it's just identifying the top priorities you're working on right now and giving updates. I think the idea of people using it against is a minor risk compared to what seems to be a board that reflects increasing frustration and complaining, some of which might be alleviated if people were aware that fixing a particular issue was on your list. More communication tends to be a better thing. I understand that minds get changed and sometimes an answer of "we'll consider that at some point after we deal with more pressing issues (such as . . . ) might give some respite from some part of the complaints. Sometimes you guys are clear about it, but others it's just silence and sometimes it may have been answered but on some backboard that the poster didn't see. Putting it in a clear available spot (the annoucement board or something) might help too. I'm trying to help here, not use anything against you.
