Ability and time to run a Movie Fund

So, I've crossed the $100M mark and I have a great idea for a Movie Fund that I'd like to submit. However, I'm unsure about what the ability level and time commitment something like this would entail. Before I bother submitting a proposal, does anyone with experience have feedback?

It looks like most Fund Manager have billion $ portfolios and have been playing the game for years. Even though I would technically qualify, should I wait?
