Im guessing the game is rigged

The reason why delists are posted in Announcements after they delists is to give the top traders a permanent advantage. They know which ones will delists and when and only share that information among themselves. This also explains why there is no mention of HSX can delists stocks "whenever they feel like it" in the Rules or the FAQ.
