You are complaining about a situation (and doing it rudely) and you are completely in the wrong and acting like a child simply because you dont know (or forgot) the starbond rules.
Roma was a movie project. Roma got acquired by Netflix. Netflix released Roma into theaters. Roma has not reported any box office.
When a movie is released but does not report box office to ERC, all starbonds are detached and do not adjust for that movie.
Roma has not reported any box office. It was released limited on 11/21/18 and will delist on 2/11/19 (12 weekends of release for limiteds). All starbonds have been removed from Roma and will not adjust for Roma.
This is the way starbonds have been done the entire time you have been playing HSX.
Here is the entry in the FAQs (located at the footer of every HSX page):
WHY IS A STARBOND® NOT LISTED AS ELIGIBLE FOR AN UPCOMING ADJUST?
A StarBond may not adjust for a variety of reasons:
* The film is the star's first credit.
* The star is not an above-the-line credit in the film, its official press kit or promotion materials.
* The film has not reported box office to Exhibitor Relations Co. (ERC)
* The film went to television or video.
