Not reading the forum is tacit approval. The forums is a section of the COMMUNITY tab. Meaning, part of the game is the community development/involvement. If one wants the community to evolve, they need to be a part of it. Avoiding it is not the solution. Policing the behavior is...same as the real world.
To each their own style of play. I respect that some have chosen to omit the forums from their HSX play, perhaps even partly because of what we are talking about now, but for me, the solution is to fix the problem, not to avoid it.
