There had to be one worldwide time chosen. What time would have been fairest for everyone? Remember, the IPO's will not sell out instantly

9AM on the left coast is Noon in the east.  Not great if you can't log in at work, but equally bad.  In Europe.  it is evening and in Austraila, Asia it is midnight. 

No time is perfect, and if this is a real problem, they will make adjustments.
