Why was I charged comission when its 10:54am ?

I bought a bunch of stocks and was charged every single time.

I waited until today to buy them and was charged comission when I shouldn't be.

Please give me back my money.

Or actually confirm the time. Because yes, I would have been charged less if I had just bought it on Friday.

No point in SAYING that there is NO comission when there IS.
