That's a silly thing to say. There are still ways to make money from IPOs. People are just really impatient and want the gains now instead

I disagree - 80 millon shares and only $3 is ridiculous. The hassle and ridiculous unknown unfathomable secret rules are not worh it.

I agree with jdolphin. Since HSX changed all people want is the quick buck and all the skill has gone from this game now.

Brakes are not a bad thing. Brakes to this extent are bad thing. If HSX doesn't want the stock jumping madly then make a 24 hr IPO

My idea isn't to do that, it's to not have a limit at all for IPOs. Let the market forces dictate how far it goes after the first sale.
