CASHW IPO'd the same day, halted on Feb 16th, delisted Feb 20, the 9th weekend of release for CASTA.
CASTA was in release until 7/13/11 and made 7M after the HW delisted.
Generally, President's weekend and Labor Day weekend were the dates for delist. That meant for August releases, there became a 5 week minimum so that the Warrant would have a longer life than the underlying movie.
There was an exception made in 2007. BWSPB delisted on the "Autumnal Equinox" 9/24/07 in the 6th week of release for SPBAD which would not have had a BW without the extra 3 weeks, The entire 2nd round delisted on 9/24 that year,
