i agree with you, stock flips should be allowed maybe 10-20 times per day, per port.
Even when I was daytrading like crazy a couple of years ago, I doubt I ever flipped one more than 10 times per day. Anything more than this usually indicates ignorance of how to play the "game", boredom on the player's part, or someone who's been playing a few months and figured out that if he makes 8 accounts and short or long the same stock in them at basically the same time he can cause the market to move. Limiting the flips should actually help the first two scenerrios. The player doing the latter is first going to be shocked that he's really not a genius and hasn't figured out something the rest of us figured out years ago and it will make his "original" way of sticking it to the man totally impotent.
