So a few greedy billionaires complain about nor profiting from multiple stock flips and the solution is to punish 1000s of small ports?

Small time ports - at least the 80% of players my size and smaller - loved the commission free weekends in order to readjust our portfolios after the zaniness during the week. The savings may seem small to those with 10 or 11 figure ports; but for those of us with 7 and 8 figure ports, that's a healthy loss if you consider the 1% lost to covering some shorted gains, another 1% to reshort and reinvest those gains. It's an effective way to shrink portolios without a doubt or to inhibit honest players from enjoying the game.

Also, I don't think this will solve anything. Instead of constantly flipping stocks, the offenders will either run up or drive down stocks or they will switch to cheaper stocks where the % change with each tick is large enough to cover the commission loss.

I don't see how this change solves or fixes anything.
