Just like any other form of expression, the First Amendment protects your Freedom of Speech when using the Internet. HSX may, from time to time, put restrictions on what speech is allowable or not allowable on its site and may, from time to time, censor various speeches. However, you do NOT lose your First Amendment Protection Rights simply because you are on the HSX site. Any constitutional expert can tell you that.
