The First Amendment applies to Congress and to laws made by Congress. It restricts the laws that Congress can make. It doesn't tell private corporations what they can and cannot do. So it doesn't apply to private corporations. Their right to free speech exists independently of the First Amendment.
Free speech is protected from action by government under the First Amendment. But we are not protected from action by HSX under the First Amendment.
